Yeah this update changed 2 old events and the intro to the game and added a new bathing scene.. The quest and relationships were not added to this version. Next update 4.0 the story will continue. it will drop on dec 7th
Usually you just have to redo the process you did to install the game, and when you return to the game already updated, your saved data is there, just make sure to save the game before updating.
Im not sure if its an android but if it is, you don't really have to uninstall the old version, just install the latest update and it will automatically replace old app and transfer the previous saves to the latest version.

You only really have to add your old saves to the new updated version, installing it over the old game works too. But yeah, you need to redownload the game every version
You can find them in the folder (Android → data → g.w.ncrow → files → saves). the order of the numbers corresponds to where you save your game progress. You can copy / delete them if you want.
First VN that has had me interested enough to read EVERYTHING. I quit playing VNs for the fact that repeated actions and dialogue happen too often. Even after testing different options with the girls, if you go back to initiate the choice factor again and you choose the other, the dialogue isn't just copy paste from the first time we see the scene. You took the time to add in different dialogue and to me, that's a big green flag for this game. I'm more than likely going to your Patreon and becoming a supporter soon. First VN I've ran into in a long time to have a good flowing story, as well as a diversity to your action and choices instead of rehash and reuse.

Did you download it from here? It seems to be missing a file. Try reinstalling the game with antivirus turned off, sometimes it deletes files. Also add an exclusion to the folder to make sure.
