I'm can't activate Charlotte's second scene for some reason. The hint tells me to visit her at the lake, but every time I do it doesn't activate. Is there something I'm missing?

On PC your saves are automatically saved and you can delete the previous version, on mobile, you don't have to delete the previous version, just download the new one and it will be updated.
And the gallery can be found in the icon of your face (it is the heart that appears in this interface).

Already one of my favorites. The animations are the best I've ever seen in a Koikatsu game, and one of the best in H renpy games overall! The story is also captivating and the characters are lovable.
I have great expectations for this game, can't wait for more updates!

in some scenes it's just text with black background or is it that i'm having problems with animations? I'm on PC with a dedicated GPU
nah, just how those scenes are. Think it's mostly the "transition" that the dev uses instead of showing what's going on.
The animations are in ".wemb" format, try to watch some video in that format to know if it is your pc or the game.
