I was effing in LOVE with this. But being dead-ended on any element of gameplay even if not an important one, or not seen by Devs as such, is hard line.
Never has any other game I have ever played, gone from 100 out 5 stars, to minus 10 stars so fast.
But even the FIRST fishing is too fast most the time, I passed the mission to get Charlotte fish, BY LUCK, not skill.
TBH, QTE mini-games should ALWAYS be adjustable, or option, imho, that, or no block to progression, and just harmless fluff. But if ANYTHING, even the SMALLEST things, even just bonuses or !QOL lifehacks in game, RELY on them, they should ALWAYS be able to be scaled to the abilities of the player.
In games like THIS, that is even MORE important, and would NOT make a difference to the experiences authenticity AT ALL, considering you can rollback on things like combat QTE play, and other mini games like Rock Paper Scissors.
To level up something, by luck, to able to do it at all later on, feels like a big, and hard, ask.
If someone making a game, is not actually steeped in game knowledge and history enough to KNOW that most gamers HATE the whole GTE gameplay thing, for the very reasons I outlined... it excludes many many sectors of the gaming community, and goes ahead and makes them part of the progress for the game, and there is NO rollback cheating.... then I gotta call the game trash, sorry.
No matter how wonderful the game is, and this one has proved quite enjoyable so far, THAT alone, negates ALL positives. If ANY part of the game is inaccessible to me as the player, because I am not great with reaction times, and have some vision issues... and ONLY because of that, then everything else is meaningless, the GAME FAILS.

This game is truly one of the best nsfw games there are, i love the creative storyline and the sandbox element of it. Not only that, you have also put in Easter eggs that is humorous and some references and memes like copyright and the soldier meme, all these is what makes this game so special.
