I've been going "ay-oy" personally even though it doesn't sound quite right, but I have no idea and am terrible with those sorts of names. "ow-ee" doesn't sound or feel right to me even if it looks right for the name, and "oy" is in the same boat.
I'm sure it'll end up I'm overthinking it, like with another game, a girl named Qiya I was pronouncing "kee-ya" and it turned out to be "kai-ya".
Probly, coz sound library cost money, and with custom made scenes, it is not easy to find and match proper sounds. Also it depends if a dev want voiced game, have a vision how he want it, etc.

I remember that Ncrow say he change the schedule to don't have deadline, they say to make them don't stress to much and can make the content of the New version have much more than before. Plus, the next update (4.4) is continue the main story quest, so make sense why it was Kinda long right now

Probly, coz sound library cost money, and with custom made scenes, it is not easy to find and match proper sounds. Also it depends if a dev want voiced game, have a vision how he want it, etc.
